Yitzi Karasick is the Founder and Principal of Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments. He is responsible for the firm's overall operation which includes, acquisition, asset management, and disposition of multifamily assets. Mr. Karasick has been directly involved in sourcing and managing in excess of 2 billion dollars' worth of multifamily and commercial properties over his career. Mr. Karasick specializes in identifying underperforming assets and true value add opportunities as well as formulating and overseeing the execution of the associated business plans. Prior to founding Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments, Mr. Karasick worked at 601W companies - one of the premier private real estate companies in the country – where he served as the Vice President of Asset Management and eventually Chief Investment Officer overseeing operations on over 5 million square feet of commercial space. Throughout his career, Mr. Karasick has established lasting relationships with many brokers, lenders and owners alike.
Yitzi earned his degree from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Marketing. He graduated Cum Laude in 2004. Along with his significant success in the real estate industry, Yitzi has also maintained his commitment to the community, devoting his time and financial resources to numerous educational institutions and social service organizations including Friendship Circle, United Hatzalah, Sinai Schools, RCCS, and Project Ezrah.
