Strong emphasis is placed on deals with a margin of safety and defined exits within 3-5 years. Acquisition Criteria

Demographics: Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments invests in select properties located in markets that show positive demographic potential. The markets have strong economic and rental growth, strong employment trends and a diversity of employers, as well as other specific criteria.

Location: Primary and secondary metropolitan areas, where there is strong trajectory of growth and stability.

Hub and Spokes/Mushroom: In the markets that Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments identifies as investment worthy, Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments strives to invest in properties that are relatively close to each other geographically, in order to take advantage of economies of scale. Additionally, accumulating a critical mass will enable Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments to potentially utilize multiple exit strategies ranging from an individual property, to a regional portfolio, or even a national portfolio, which would generate more interest from institutional capital.

Local and Strategic Alliance Partners: In order to augment deal flow and provide a wider diversity of investments, Liquid Capital Real Estate Investments welcomes the opportunity to partner with reputable, experienced, and hands-on local management companies.

Asset Class: Core plus through value add properties. Rehab properties may be considered when accompanied by strong fundamentals and significant upside.

Deal Size and Unit Count:  $25,000,000 and up, with a minimum of 150-200 units and a preference for larger properties. Targeted Returns:
